You did a great job with the coloring and the pose, but then proportion of the eyes, nose and mouth are a bit off.

I can spot what I need to improve on but I just want to see if anyone else notices lol (also, the head is suppose to be slightly bigger then the body, its kind of a fantasy, bobble head style (Like my other "Help me Fly away")
Wow! I can't say much other than it's really well done. Uhm, the hair seems to be lacking a bit (like i'm one to talk...) but perhaps more shading and highlighting? And try making the lines more solid. I'm aware that the drawing is to be without lineart but try making the face look more apart from the neck, but still looking natural? If that makes any sense.
Anyways, I just chose a stupid one:
I really love the colors and the demonic look that she has in the second drawing. The only thing that sort of confuses me is the placement of her mouth in the first drawing. It is wonderful otherwise!

Great drawing of Grell! The style is nice and the lines and colouring look really smooth. If anything is a little off, it's the shading. It seems to be a little everywhere and not like there's a solid light source (but I'm a hypocrite because I do the same thing).
It's a lovely drawing and I can't really say there's any flaws that I can see. ^^
(Please note view my drawing in full-size since it is very big)
Okay..here I go...
The neck/chest area skin shading seems inconsistent with the rest of the drawing.. I mean, you showed that there was light shining pretty much directly onto him.. so therefore I think you should have illustrated this by lightening that area.. Also, maybe you could have defined his eyes more or something? They kind of blend in with his epic hair And.. perhaps there should be more clothing folds on the arm of his jacket? Haha I'm bad at explaining myself.. I hope you understand my critique..
Overall, I think it's a great drawing and you drew the hands epicly, and his hair is a really vibrant and nice shade of red, and it catches your eye in the thumbnail. I like the texture effects also.
-cough- I also like the abs <3.
I know there are many things wrong with it but please try to be nice @_@.

Oh I really like the effect with hair. How it seems to break off. And with those blood drops.
But since criticism is requested:
There are three small complaints. Try holding your fingers like she does.
No matter what I try, I can't do my fingers exactly like she does hers.
For example, there are two bending points at the index finger.
I bend the first point and end up bending the second one as well and no matter what I try, it always ends up bending too.
With the hand of the girl, only the first point bends and the rest goes straight.
Also, the shading on the hair doesn't seem perfect to me. It's good, don't get me wrong.
But it seems wobbly at some points.
And it's not because I zoomed in, I can see it from afar and I'm really fixated on those things in my own drawings.
I know the hair is supposed to be flowy. Drawing it round and not straight and all...
However, to end shadings in the hair 'round' instead of sharp 1px doesn't really feel like flowy and clean to me.
I don't want to push my styles on others, but I would've 'ended the shadings of the hair' with a sharp point.
Overall it's pretty cool. The atmosphere is impressive and there seems to be quite an interesting story behind the character. The moon in the background looks very cool too and that grin looks insanely good. Keep it up!
There's not much to critique here. it's very realistic and the colors are phenomenal.
I feel that you put a lot of effort into the eyes to make them look perfect, but once you got to the nose, you kind of lacked motivation?
It just seems a lot more sketchy and incomplete.
exelent drawing! th line art is wonderful, and i love the shading! but maybe, add some more detail in the background. overall, very good job!
