i think its cool to have them~ i have so many things i wanna write although I'm terrible and lazy(i don't make sense most of the time) i don't think it wud affect the base thingy...since drawings r so distracting here!!! ^^ (they r so awesome that i can't concentrate on my hw) and reading about wat happened to someone is pretty interesting and maybe u van learn about something??? (i don't really know much about this diary thingy) i kinda understand y it got taken away but i don't think its a bad idea to give it a shot again~ anyways its kinda an opinion so no one has to agree with me~

But the thing is, RMD would become a huge social network if they were implemented again... I guess the reason DeviantART is still art based is because a good amount of people there are just art based, and although there is probably a lot of people using it as a social thing, there is also a big number don't. Do you get what I mean? Sorry if that was confusing. ^^;

And besides, ppl could just link to their blog or something instead.

well, i dun actually mind, ive neva wrote in it but i think i may give it a shot if its re-added xD
but these Diaries actually caused a prob between really close friends of mine (looooong love story >>') so ive alreadeh seen what it causes xD
