Yesh. Happens to me, too.
#1 idea: Maybe you've been off and on of DC multiple times, and it glitches.
#2 idea: Maybe your modem/internet connection is running slow, or it's needing repairs.
I dunno if that helps, cuz i always wanna get into dc, and sometimes, after getting on and off 2 times, it loads and loads, and loads, and never lets me in DC! XD. well, Hope this helps!!!!hmmhmmlol
