The number that changes just means the line of the script.
Say you made a typo on on the eleventh line of your paperwork, an message will say that there is an error in line 11.
Nearly each internet page has it's own script and each script can influence the other. Since scripts can share functions and information. If a function in one script has an error and that function is shared with other scripts, the same functions in other scripts will have the same error.

The number at the end of the code changes, sorry.
For example:
Deprecated: Function split() is deprecated in /home/rmdadmin/public_html/chat/checkBannedusers.php on line 18 - the number that changes.
A lot of our ranks have dropped by at least 4,000 (rounded). I was at 1912, and now I'm at 5750. There is an error code when we go to log in to Draw Chat:

It repeats several times, going down the screen.
And... we can not view our profile views.
