A:Yes.

A: Only if you made it with MS Paint. That's the whole purpose of this comp. ^-^

Q:arashi-chan12, what do you mean by scan, do you mean i can scan one of my handdrawn pictures and put it on here?

A:you scan in line art and then color it using the program mspaint.

Q:So how do i get my drawing on here like from ms paint like how connectrawr did, how did it just appear on there? any help please, oh btw i cant link bc  i dont have photobucket or anything like that

A:You need to get a image hosting site account like a photobucket or a deviant art etc.

A:Yea sure. I realized I am being unfair to all the other users who don't use mouse so I'm going to put in some more prize categories for tablet and touch pad as soon as I get home. Doing that i will have to lower some prizes though or i'll never rate/comment them all... -_-"

A:Only one out of all comps. I think it would be unfair if you took up most of the prizes in this comp. You can however enter as many comps as you want, but only 5 drawings may be entered. ONLY 5!! Not 5 per comp. If you are eligible as a winner of two comps, I will pm you and you can choose which title/prize you'd wish to be given.

Q: arashi -- I am confused. How do I know what category I'm supposed to be in?? If I used a tablet and drew it on a different program and colored it on paint, does it count as a scan or tablet? but I didn't scan it in. what if i used a touchpad? then what'd it be??? hmm...

A:Smart arashi -- If you use anything other than paint, that cannot be an all paint entry because it isn't all paint. If you scanned it in and then used a tablet to do everything else, then it would count as a scanned. If you drew with a tablet but colored with a mouse, it is still a tablet. if you used anything that is non mouse, then that is what you put as your category. If you used multiple items other than mouse, then you base it on the one you used the majority of the time... OMG I am blabbing on so much. Sorry guys, but i think this is important...(sorta)

A:Yes

Q:how do i upload the pictures to this forum

A:get a image hosting site account. i.e. photobucket, DA etc.

Well, pretty much anyone who has a tablet has a mouse, but not the other way around.. so it fair...ish.

You dont need a tablet for mspaint

Mspaint has curve tools, erasers, line tools,and shapes
