So as you may well, or may well not, know, I came up with this plan thing. I'm going to post what I posted in the last one, revised so it makes more sense and is more organized.

What it is:
A competition to see who can rate, comment, or critique (or any combination of the three - the more the better!) the most random drawings on RMD.

Rules:
1. Find drawings by either A. going on Recent Drawings and clicking on random drawings/the most recent drawings or B. changing the number in a drawing's URL to go to random drawings.

2. I know that it's impossible to avoid friend's drawings, so it's okay if you do rate/comment a friend's drawings. But make sure to rate completely random drawings, not just your friend's drawings.

3. If you happen to come across a really great current (last draw less than 2 months ago and/or active on forums) underappreciated (under-appreciated) artist, post on the thread here!

4. Do not exchange rates/comments with people who are signed up.

5. The competition is under the honors system, so you could hypothetically lie about your number. BUT that would be pointless since the prizes are not ratings themselves! (look below for prizes).

6. Be truthful about your rating/comment! Try to critique unless the person absolutely does not want critique. Do not rate all 5's.

People involved:
Anyone can sign up. Top artists, old artists, new artists, Manga artists, abstract artists. Below is a list of artists who have signed up for the program. When RCCF actually starts, I will keep the number of drawings each artist has updated next to their name.

Prizes for the Competition:
I will be asking top artists to draw requests for the top 3-5 people who have signed up. Winners can pick which artist they want a request from. Currently we have requests from:
theAKmusicalPIG - rank 150 - collaborations, landscapes, abstract, fantasy, portraits, manga (fan art), self portraits, still life
^KuRoHyOu^ - rank 54 - manga (fan art), manga (original), still life, fantasy, animals, flowers
Furubalover - rank 172 - manga (fan art), manga (original), portraits, abstract

Dates:
August 20 - signup starts
August 27 - competition starts
September 20 - competition ends

How you can be involved:
-You may/may not sign up. If you want to participate in the competition you should.
-Go to recent drawings page or click on a random drawing.
-Rate and/or comment the drawing truthfully, and give out tips if you can.
-Keep a tally of how many drawings you have visited and rated/commented.
-At the end of the day, post on this thread how many drawings you have visited and rated/commented.
-If you want to help me keep track of people's scores (as I will be busy with schoolwork), please feel free to do so!
-If you are a top or well-loved artist (or one of the artists on our "discovered" list!) and you have time to do a request or two, please sign up to do a request for the winners! You won't have to do all 3-5 drawings because the winners can pick which artist they want to draw their request.

Goals of RCCF:
1. Increase the amount of people rating/commenting on drawings truthfully.

2. Increase the amount of critique given out.

3. Decrease the amount of "rate beggar" topics and arguments.

4. Give lesser-known and unpopular artists more ratings/comments.

5. Discover current underappreciated (under-appreciated) artists.
