I have been having the same problem.  I just drew a pic for the holidays competition.  I tried to get it on the website and when I went to the page to click what competition I wanted to save it to, parts of that page was missing. 
This happens a lot and only recently like within the last few days. I also noticed that when I am Java draw and using the tools the programs almost freezes up, I wait for a while and then it is ok.  Is this common with Java?

ah-greed!~ i'd been drawing for some minutes and it when i try to save/download the file, the window stops running and then the whole page refreshes!~
