I'm excited to announce that we now have an Extra Large canvas option for 2 of our 3 drawing tools - Java and CanvasDraw, with our Flash tool currently being updated.

This new size will allow people to add much more detail while drawing, and makes for a beautiful viewing experience. I encourage people to take advantage of this new size and enjoy the benefits:
- Drawing at this larger size will allow you to download higher resolution JPG images of your drawings that print at a much better quality
- In future, we hope to add more features that will take advantage of this new size (such as some iPad/tablet apps that will view drawings of this size at full scree. We're also considering offering the ability to get prints or order canvases of your drawings to hang on your wall or sell online. This larger canvas size will make this possible.
- We're thinking about ideas like ways to view RMD on a TV or a more image-heavy experience that will be the perfect platform for larger resolution images.

To celebrate this new feature, the latest competition theme name "Big and Small" has been announced. Challenge yourself to draw something big or small (or both) on this new extra large canvas.
