Post deleted?

I requested a drawing yesterday, and my post was deleted? Here is a copy of my post:
"I would like a drawing done.....

I am a HUGE Minnesota Vikings fan. I want a picture done with a theme including the following.

A Vikings standing over a bear (Chicago), yielding an Axe as if killing the Bear. (The Bear would be a life like Giant brown bear, with a large "C" branded on its hind. If the backround would be a slain Lion (Detroit) with a detroit lion logo branded on it....on the other side of the lanscape would be a Greenbay Packer leaning / impailed on a spear... I would pay via paypal if it meet what Im looking for.

Thanks,

James Anderson

Is there a reason my post was deleted? I am willing to pay for a good drawing, not looking for "FREE ART", don't understand why it was deleted.

Re: Post deleted?

"Our artists spend a lot of time on their drawings, with passion and thought and it is disrespectful to come to our community as a means of finding someone to create free artwork for you. This is not the place to look for free art."

That's what I read, I made it clear I want to purchase work.

Re: Post deleted?

If you go here:

http://www.freelancer.com

And set up an account you will get people from all around the world making incredibly low bids on your project.  You can see their portfolios and some will even do a quick sketch as a preview.  I used to bid on that site, but I decided instead to HIRE because the prices going around that site are so low.  I got a very good drawing for $70 from a very professional guy in Eastern Europe!  Try it - it is very fun and you will get to discuss your project with at least 20 artists and pick the one with the right kind of talent and budget.  You won't regret it.
