Ok, something is wrong with the blender tools........only, it's only messed up on my computer, none of the other computers are messed up, so it's the blender tools "the blend, blur and smudger tools" when ever i try to use them it just make circles appear everywhere :'( it doesn't happen on any other computers i use only this one. someone please help! :'(

I think I had something similar to that before.
However, I don't know if it was in an online or in an offline tool.
I think it was because my computer didn't have enough memory.
Too many programs were running. So I think that the computer didn't have enough memory to process the things I was doing on my canvas...
Maybe it helps to turn off as many programs as possible?
