This is a group where all fans of the Elder Scrolls can congregate and talk about anything they wish. I will rank all members by how much they participate (the ranks are below my description) it is up to the person if they wish to change their profile picture to the rank that they are, but we would hope that you do so we can distinguish who is who. I will hold contests each week of a different category each week the top three winners will receive fair ratings, comments, and they can request any drawing they want me to do for them. For the ranks of Murderer, Slayer, Eliminator, Assassin, and Executioner we can accept an infinite amount of people everyone will start as the lowest rank though.The Speakers and Listener form the Black Hand the ruling body of the Dark Brotherhood. It is made up of five members: four Speakers and a Listener. "Four fingers and a thumb, as it were" (Lucien Lachance, Speaker of the Black Hand).  Each Speaker in turn has a Silencer -- a private assassin specifically empowered to do the will of his or her Speaker "Does not every finger have a nail, a claw, a talon? Every Speaker has such a nail, These are the Silencers." (Lucien LaChance). So we will only have four Silencer's as well. I hope you all enjoy this forum as much as I do.
