ouhh.i can help 
but i need to know a few things.can you tell me what era are they in and..the characters..what style do they like?cool?cute?simple?since i have loads of time to spare i can draw all.if i can ^^

u can try to draw ur charcters with coats with furry collars, high-heeled boots or for guys waistcoats, wristwatches, robotic arms or just a tux. u can just draw that school uniform that girls in japan wear it looks like a sailor costume but with a red ribbon around the collar oh and yes don't forget u can also put in mittens and stockings or socks!:3
