When you want to learn something you should first look at yourself and see what you can do and what you want to be able to do. Other people can't really help with that.
Of course, if you then have more specific questions you can always ask.

As for drawing, there are plenty of tutorials on deviantART and RateMyDrawings that can help you depending on what exactly you wish to draw. smile
