I'm not that sure about what I am going to suggest ( ), but you could always give it a go if your choices run out.
I think that you need a new password, and for that I hope that you have access to the email account you've associated with your RMD account.
If you do have access to it, "Logout", go to the "Sign in" page and click "Forgot your password or never received registration email?". Then follow the instructions on-screen.
