Hey, yeah, so it's me. And as the title says, I'm having a second "Dress up my OC" competition.

For those of you that dont know, about a year ago, I, [PinkSpeeder] held a "Dress up my OC" Competition, where you, [The users] Dressed up my OC, Tarazu.

This year, it's very similiar, but I am using a different OC to dress up. This year, you can dress up my OC, Saambell

Any tool is okay
