Um...im so sorry~~~ Jester7rox I'm trying my best to finish urs but the internet is sooooooo slow right now and i have to wait until their maintenance thingy so i can save the drawings without it going "Error"!!! Aaaaargh its driving me mad since i can't save a thing!!! (T^T) I'm expecting the drawing to finish by tomorrow or something close~and i forgot to tell u baka-is-me but i like to do things in the order i take them so is it okay if i ask u to wait for about 2 weeks?(i want to join this comp and took this persons request and do a collab~) i can only postpone the request so i think i'll do that(because the request i told her i'll try~)

Oh thats so cool!!! is it hard to make one??? i want one :3 and thank you for not minding the wait...im so....sad that i have to make so many people wait in my life (I'm a slow poke at everything except eating~) (T^T) i don't know...but ur kindness is making my heart melt~~~~ aaaaaa i feel like crying....

it takes a while but it's fun. if you have photoshop, you can animate it easy. but if not, you can download the free art program gimp and that one takes a little longer since every layer has to be the full image. in photoshop, you can just have one layer for the body and create another layer for the eyes and animate the eyes only.
but depending on the size of the image, it might not take long at all. the icon i made didn't take that long. : D
