Every time i draw something whether its on large small or medium sized canvas i download my picture and i end up finding out that its not the full picture its cut off from the sides and this wasnt a problem please help

i just recently made a thread about the same problem.. are you guys still having the problem as noone has answered in almost 2 months =o.. well i found an answer myself, so if you havent found a solution yet then you could try this.. so, my pic got cut off when i downloaded the pic using firefox but when i used google chrome the problem was gone (=

My pictures are getting cut off when I download. Unfortunately, I don't use Google Chrome, I have IE. Any other suggestions? Anyone?
