When I was young, I would see these birds all the time in the fields.Now that I'm older I never see these birds.It is a shame.They are beautiful.

Comment: A MAE RING-NECKED PHEASANT! I did a state report on South Dakota And this is the state bird! The female is brown and looks nothing like the male.

Comment: I see these birds now and then here in Australia X) they're beautiful :) It seems like they enjoy living way up in the tallest gum trees or iron barks :3 They don't seem to come down much...maybe you gotta look up XD ... you drew him beautifully. :)
