how whispertail gets his scars. he is hit by twoleg monster and since the real whisper broke a rib, well, the whispertail character breaks a rib and get scars on his rib cage. [Link]

they were playing around and his brother threw him a little too hard
how do you get... accidently thrown... into a wall... :s

the real whisper got one of his left ribs broken by being accidentally thrown into a wall by his brother, weaselfink. his fracture was in the rib closest to his heart and it looked like an LR. ironic? the nurses said it'd be permanent! IT'S A SIGN!!
What happened to Wisper!!!
