Great draw! I do exercise every day. I do one situp when I get up out of bed and two toe touches to make sure I can still feel them. As far as the diet goes I only eat half a candy bar at a time and wait 30 seconds till I eat the other half. :D

lol only in america do we sell cigerettes at the front counter but make sick people walk to the back of the store to get a prescription filled. She is working out in high heals LOL ^______^
