Totally CUTE !!! I love it !!! ^^
I had always wanted to do what Jigglypuff did when I was younger haha. :p As in doodle on people's faces with a marker when they were asleep. xD Jigglypuff looks very kawaii here! :D I love its shiny, turquoise eyes and expression. :) Pretty bg. 5/5h
