Just a random twist to the character from the classic TV show from 1986 called The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. It's hard to play with colors on this site and not get lag when drawing! D: I can draw better fingers, he's just made of hay. xD

Very Cool..I like how you used the tools and his glowing eyes = collect
