DRAWING DESCRIPTION  (Created Jan 20, 2008)

ummm.....it's kind of an ice/wind like dragon, i guess, pulled freshly out of my butt. lol. i wanted to draw a dragon again, but this time show something else other than the head. but, i got lazy and just went nuts over the fill tool and my mouse.
