that's so cool... phoenixes are just awesome but its really hard to capture their splendor in a drawing, and you totally did... :D

I love your explanation of the phoenix rising from the ashes. This is my favorite mythical bird as a survivor of abuse as a child. I believe it is the most powerful symbol of healing. And yes, it has awaken me to become the best I can be.
