Yeah it does look a lot like skeletor lol but it's supposed to be a Necron builder from Dawn of War.
Cool. Very Skeletor ish. ya know? From He-Man. with the skull face and all that? Only a little more green and glowy
This was probably about a 25 minute drawing. It's a picture of a Necron Summoner from Dawn of War. I hope you like it!
