The guy with the horned rimmed glasses!! That name wouldn't fit though, shame. But he's kinda cool how he's so devious and creepy with those glasses. I tried to make him look sinister but it didn't really turn out very well but tell me what you think

It is a good portrait. I do not know who you intended him to be, but he looks a lot like Tom Arnold to me. Tom Arnold is a nut job, but a funny guy.
