it's a nice drawing. Things to work on: the hands and arms like anifan said, the shape of the head, (not so manga-ish) and the hair a little. besides
um... I think you should make the arms a little bigger (including the hands) and make the eyes bigger and nose a little smaller. you tried you best!

wow this is really good, I love the flowers and the details you could use a little darker colour to shade the skin and the hands could be a little -
