I haven't seen you draw on flash in a while...and wow, I'm impressed! xD She looks like an awesome OC. :D I especially like the azure swirls on her cheeks and her bold blue hair. :) Her sapphire eyes look gorgeous and fantastic shading! 5/5 hearts.
