aww how cute ! i agree with you there ! everytime i draw something , the background is the most interesting to draw beside the character it self ! *high five* ! LOL i DID saw this somewhere on google ! i bet you use a reference for this one , right ?
the background is great :) you need to spend more time on your lineart :) i suggest using the curve tool for anime instead of the straight line tool but good job anyways :) i dont hate rate so 5 :D
