My new OC, Chinatsuu. She's calm, doesn't like going out, and is the last female OC I'm going to make. (Unless you people want more) ^^ It's been about half a year since I've drawn something, but who cares. xD I think I've improved just a little. :D

Why does this have so little rates/comments? Well anyways, the way you drew the strands of hair is beautiful. And I love her light blue eyes :)
