d'awww you've got her expression down! 8'D You're asking for opinions/tips? pff--pffffffffffff I am so bad at them. x_x BUT THEN, :'D how about some cute lil clouds with polka dot eyes and blush to go with it? yeah? yeeeeeeeeeaaahh... ;)
The only tip I could give is to work on your anatomy haha. Not that I blame you, it is a hard thing. I love the shades of azure and neon-green that you had used in the background. Her brown eyes are lovely and I like her expression. Cute. 5/5 hearts.
