This is a ton better than my other Rasengan, but it's still not to great. The hand isn't too good, so some constructive criticism would be appreciated. :D

Well, since I'm not great either, I'll give some tips. :) To make the Rasengan better, I would suggest using the airbrush more, to create a glow. Also, make swirls come off of it. All I can say about hands is just to keep working at them. :)
