The arm looks a bit off, but I like the drawing in general, especially the little characters and the cat. (:

Right upper arm is too thick. And again the hands.
Use perspective to fix it. The cat and the ramen bowl need something to make them 3d. His neck might be a little long to be anatomically correct, but it doesn't detract. His collar lapel on the left is off. Biggest problem = tiles.
Love it. Suffering from shoujo manga hands. His left ear needs a mark? He would most likely be hunched over when eating ramen. The night sky seems a mite plain in contrast to your nice trees. Notice how the tiles seem to stand up rather than go out?
