Nope, the writing looks fine. Writing digitally is hard haha. You drew L perfectly here, just like in the manga! Death Note ftw!! He's my second favorite character from it, first is Light haha. I love L's expression, hair and eyes. 5/5 and favorites.

It's not an ugly drawing! it's really good ! it's just because you didnt have enough space :3 that the writings like that...but the drawing is really good!
