Great draw, the face looks good. As for the hair I would say to add more colors and lines to make it look like strands of hair. Regardless, great draw! 5h :)

I WAS going to say I really liked it, but I heard that you wanted tips and criticism. The face looks good, maybe the lips need to be more centred and possibly bigger, the main thing is the hair, make it more natural and different strokes curves :)
