You probably captured more likeness than I can lol. Anyway there are quite a few things off propotionally. http://i.imgur.com/pmEJx6w.png Here I made you quickly crappy and simple guidline (not based on your reference). It's a good start though!
Great job Joe! I really like his eyes, facial hair and head hair. They all add to a certain effect (for me). His skin is superbly toned. Tip: ears and below-neck-part could use a little more work. 5/5

Joe first thing.. i wanna say wow on this. you are really takin art seriously and i can see you trying to improve. but you need to focus more on the accuracy of your drawing.. two .. no outlines on a face.. and give those eyes eye lashes nxt time.
