The neck is too thick, and the nose looks odd. It wouldn't be so noticeable if the lips/ eyes and shading weren't so realistic. Also, the hair could use brighter highlights.
Your style seems to have changed some, and you DID improve! Maybe you just don't see it. I love the way that you had drawn Rin's eyes. Her hairstyle and smile look pretty. The headphones she is wearing look awesome. I like your coloring. 5/5 hearts.
