Nice piece of work, but the name is just something the artist made up. Arrowheads are pretty identical. It's analogous to being able to identify the model of a car by the number of wheels it has.
It looks like a bolen bevel, besides the fact that it isn't beveled. Either way, it is beautifully done! =)

Awesome arrowhead! How can u tell if it's Chocktaw or some other? Did they have differing flinting techniques?? =)
