nice for your first drawing, all what I'm going to say was already stated by SensetoBurn, but I'll add something, how bout making the paper look crumpled, and maybe writing more "I LOVE YOU" then at the bottom there'll be an erased "I love you"

wow^3^that's coool! but you have o use more tha shade tood and the fill tool, well a little bit, cuz you have to put ''life in the drawing'' ^^ just some commmets an critics asdasd....anyways good job! ^^
