COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions refer to the ratemydrawings tutorial competition located at http://www.ratemydrawings.com/.

COMPETITION DATES
This ratemydrawings tutorial competition was opened on January 2, 2007 and closes at midnight on January 31, 2008 PDT. All tutorial submissions must have been created by this date. The competition is open to all RateMyDrawings members from any country who meet the criteria of having created at least 1 drawing and been a member for 2 days.
 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All drawings are bound to the general terms and conditions of the ratemydrawings website and bound to the terms and conditions of submitting a tutorial. Users may submit as many tutorials as they wish into the competition. Ratemydrawings.com will choose each winner at random from all tutorials submitted that are also aproved by our staff for publishing on our webste - our decision is final. You will need to register to submit a tutorial. We will not use any of your registration details for any other means than internal communications at www.ratemydrawings.com. Winners may be required to submit personal information such as their shipping address and contact information for shipping of their prize.
 

VALIDATION OF ENTRIES
To be a valid entry, all content submitted for a tutorial must adhere to the Terms and Conditions. Content must have been entered manually and not by an automated script or software. Content must be original and not violate any copyright laws. RateMyDrawings reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the competition should their tutorial contain inappropriate content, not on-theme, or infringe copyright. By submitting a tutorial, you are transferring ownership of this tutorial to RateMyDrawings and it's owners for publishing on ratemydrawings.com for an unlimited period of time. If a winner does not recieve the initial email and follow-up emails regarding claiming their prize due to means outside our control such as your email client spam filters, you may forfeit your prize. We suggest adding ratemydrawings.com to your allowed senders in your email application. Winners can post questions in our HELP Forum if they need assistance and a RMD staff member will reply/contact you.
 
PRIZES
(2 x WINNERS) will win one (1) prize of their choice from either of the following: 1 x Amazon.com USD$50 electronic gift certificate at an amazon store nearest their country of residence OR 1 x iTunes electronic gift certificate for iTunes.com.
 
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes. Prizes can be donated to another ratemydrawings user as a gift.

An entrant is defined by their email address. A valid email address is required, and the winner will be notified by email. If a response is not received from this email address within 14 days of the date the winner is selected, a new winner will be chosen. The prizes will be delivered via email to the winners registered email address. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions associated with Amazon's electronic gift certificates and iTunes gift certificates.

The winners will be announced on the ratemydrawings.com website.
