COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions refer to the ratemydrawing competition located at http://www.ratemydrawings.com/.

COMPETITION DATES
The ratemydrawing competition was opened on 01 February 2007 and closes 28 February, 2007. All entries must have been created by this date.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All drawings are also bound to the general terms and conditions of the ratemydrawing website and also terms and conditions of entering a drawing. RateMyDrawings.com staff will choose each winner at random from the Top 30 drawings in the Future category at the time of the competition closing. You will need to register to create a drawing.

 

VALIDATION OF ENTRIES

Ratings must not be tampered with in any way. Ratmydrawings records IP addresses of all entries - if a substantial percent of ratings come from the same IP address or the same network, the entry will be invalid. If ratings of an entry are found to have been tampered with in any way, the entry will be invalid. RateMyDrawings reserves the right to make any drawing invalid for entry at their own discretion for the purpose of maintaining a fair and untampered competition. To have a valid entry, your drawing must be created in this month's competition category. The winners will be chosen at random from the Top 30 drawings at the closing date of the competition.

PRIZES
The prizes include one(1) Flair II GT-504 Pen & Graphics Tablet or one(1) Amazon.com $50 Electronic Gift Certificate. The competition is open to entrants from any location world-wide however the prize will be determined by the winners country of residence. US Residents will receive the Flair II, and residents of other countries will receive the Amazon.com gift certificate. The gift certificate is bound by Amazon.com's Gift Certificate conditions. The gift certificate is to be spent on the US version of Amazon.com in US currency. The Gift Certificates do not include postage or other costs of your purchased goods from Amazon.com.

An entrant is defined by their email address. A valid email address is required and winners will be notified by email. The winners will be required to supply their full name and postal address in order to receive their prize. If a response is not received from this email address within 14 days of the date winners are selected, a new winner will be chosen.
