COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions refer to the ratemydrawing competition which closes April 30, 2007 located at http://www.ratemydrawings.com/.

COMPETITION DATES
The ratemydrawing competition was opened on 1 April 2007 and closes at midnight on April 30, 2007. All entries must have been created by this date. The copetition is open to all members from any country.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All drawings are also bound to the general terms and conditions of the ratemydrawing website and also terms and conditions of entering a drawing. Ratemydrawings.com will choose each winner at random from the Top 50 Water drawings as rated by users - this decision is final. You will need to register to create a drawing. We will not use any of your registration details for any other means than internal communications at www.ratemydrawings.com.

 

VALIDATION OF ENTRIES

Ratings must not be tampered with in any way. Ratmydrawings records IP addresses of all entries - if a substantial percent of ratings come from the same IP address, the entry will be invalid. If ratings of an entry are found to have been tampered with in any way, the entry will be invalid. To be a valid entry, at least 30 votes must have been registered.


PRIZE
The prize includes two(2) canvas prints printed at 16" by 20", stretched and mounted (rewarded to two contestants). An entrant is defined by their email address. A valid email address is required and the winner will be notified by email. If a response is not received from this email address within 14 days of the date the winner is selected, a new winner will be chosen. The prize will be delivered via ground shipping to US winners (or via economy air mail for international posting) once the canvas has been created. The prize is not redeemable or exchangeable. The canvas print will be created and shipped by Finerworks.com and is subject to the delivery and terms of service posted on the Finerworks website.
