COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions refer to the ratemydrawing competition located at http://www.ratemydrawings.com/.
COMPETITION DATES
The ratemydrawing competition was opened on 1 October 2006 and closes at midnight on 31 October, 2006. All entries must have been created by this date.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All drawings are also bound to the general terms and conditions of the ratemydrawing website and also terms and conditions of entering a drawing. RateMyDrawings.com staff will choose each winner at random from the top 20 drawings as rated by users - this decision is final. You will need to register to create a drawing.
VALIDATION OF ENTRIES
Ratings must not be tampered with in any way. Ratmydrawings records IP addresses of all entries - if a substantial percent of ratings come from the same IP address or the same network, the entry will be invalid. If ratings of an entry are found to have been tampered with in any way, the entry will be invalid. To be a valid entry, at least 20 votes must have been registered.
This month's theme "Halloween" will be subject to distasteful or vulgar filtering. If drawings are deem unsuitable for general public vieweing, they may be removed.The decision of a drawing being distasteful, vulgar or inappropriate will be at the discretion of our staff.
PRIZES
The prizes include three(3) copies of Toon Boom Studio Express (PC Version only) which will be rewarded to three(3) separate contestants. An entrant is defined by their email address. A valid email address is required and winners will be notified by email. The winners will be given contact details of Toon Boom Animation Inc. and will be responsible for contacting this company themselves to claim the rize. A response is also required by RateMyDrawings to verify this information was received. If a response is not received from this email address within 14 days of the date winners are selected, a new winner will be chosen.
Winners will be announced on the homepage of ratemydrawing at http://www.ratemydrawings.com/
