Step 1

I first make a blotch

 

Step 2

i add on and blend it a little

 

 

Step 3

adding blotches and blending

 

Step 4

i use the dragging tool on the hair

 

Step 5

i finish blotching the body

 

 

Step 6

i blotch another character

 

Step 7

i botch a face

 

Step 8

adding more to the girl

 

Step 9

finished blotching character two

 

Step 10

i blur the character into the background to make a 3d affect and i'm finished :)
