Initiating the RateMyDrawings family portrait

Any RMD member who is willing to create and SHARE a piece of their imagination with others (10+ Artist)In the method of a COLLABORATION . We would create a DRAWING in which the people involve would add their iconic figure (Self portrait, Chibi character,anime/manga, Creature/Animal that releates to themselfs, or an iconic figure you relate to.) and so in the end it would be like "family reunion photograph"

Step 1

Start by creating a FORUM, it would be best and get more attention if you submit it within the COLLABORATION section.(Think of a catchy tittle)

 

Step 2

Now after creating your forum, it should contain some sort of listing. The only way a "RMD Family portrait" can possibly be accomplished is by being ORGANIZED! If you a planning to create a collaboration of this type expect alot of teamwork, patience, and above all time!

 

 

Step 3

Now you should create rules and requirements and so forth. Depending on what you believe is fair. You may copy and paste my rules onto your forum if you wish.
AFTER this its just waiting till you get enough artist that are interested and decided to sign up!! Write them down-and your set to begin.

 

Step 4

Have one artist or set your self to design a background! (Give credit to the artist that designs the background) Then since youve created a list on your forum- begin to send the CHI FILE to the first person, then the next, and so forth.

Check mark the list every time an artist completes their part so you will know who has the chi file at all times!

 

Step 5

Each artist participating once they receive the chi file, should do their part in a separate layer, so hence forth you the initiator can decide to move each character, so in turn adds space and unity among the piece.

Also in this way each artist doesn't interact with a previous drawing.

 

 

Step 6

Once every artist in your list has added their part to the Collaboration. Feel free to move every individual piece until its unified!

Have fun seeing the collaboration grow!!

 

Step 7

One last step, after submitting the drawing to a gallery, remember to give credit to all the artist involve and submit it withing the collaboration category. :D
