Step 1

start off with the basic sstructure of a dog's head just use the line tool for this step.

 

Step 2

now add detail such as rounding, the mouth, the eye , ear, and nose.

 

 

Step 3

now erase the guide lines and add more specified details such as a collar, ear detail, fur detail and those whisker dot thingys.
and theres your do head!
