Step 1

first you must understanf the form of you hand.. the main form is a trapeze

after you make that trapeze you must add the fingers... first make some lines

 

 

Step 3

after that you must add the geometric form of the fingers (cylinders)

then add the volume

after that you can make shades, nails and more details
