How to draw an Eerie Zombie Scene

Here is a simple tutorial on how to make a cool silhouette zombie graveyard site with nifty lighting.

Step 1

First we shall color the background black, then make a blue circle for the moon and add some lighting around it.

 

Step 2

Next you want to start blacking out all the areas in that is in front of the moon, creating silhouettes. Start adding in the zombies, some graves, grass, trees, etc.

 

 

Step 3

Next we want to start adding in our lighting, try sticking with what ever color your light source is, if you want a red moon, make the lighting around the objects red to. Add in a lighter color like white for the eyes, to give off a glowing effect.

 

Step 4

Add in more lighting to the objects, you don't want to go overboard, you just want to outline the objects. The sections of the objects that face away from your light source should have little lighting, just enough to make out the object or the zombies limbs.

 

Step 5

Next we want to use an airbrush to put in the clouds and a light color around the eyes to make them glow more.
