Some tips to make realistic Pears/Working on Shades

This tutorial basically shows how I made the drawing called " the different Pears~

Step 1

Ok, so our job is to make a drawing similar to this: [ LINK ]

Here you basically see different colors used with the airbrush tool.
this is drawn on Layer 1 and it's the background. * And this is really easy once you see all the steps! :)

 

Step 2

So here we already added a layer 2
(except you don't see it don't worry)
Then you draw a pear shape
(as seen above.)

 

 

Step 3

This is really easy, take your PEN tool.

set your tools up a bit:
Tool: Pen
Brush Size: 2
Opacity: 35
Spacing: 50%
Scattering: 1000%

 

Step 4

Now change your spacing and scattering to ZERO. and change your opacity to 50
Brush size: 8

Make a shape similar to this and then add light brown on the left side as you see. Then just add white strokes too.

 

Step 5

Add another Layer(3) set your things like your comfortable with when you do thick outlines for sketches, but it has to be green.
And make like a little darker green strokes ans you see there,
* I set my brush size: 30, that's the best size!

 

 

Step 6

Now add the details, shades and the darkness. Using pen with low opacity and the airbrush with medium-ish opacity :)

 

Step 7

Here, Don't make a full pear, and also go back to Layer 2, Then add some light too (the white scattering.)

 

Step 8

You see the furthest pear? yeah, make that on layer one, and for the closest pear (Orangy-Redish)
yeah, make that one on the new layer(add one)

 

Step 9

Voila! Your done! And if you make a drawing like this using this tutorial,
