How To Use The Noise Effect

To The Users Who Don't Know How To Make The "Noisy" Effect.

Step 1

1)First Go To ChibiPaint Or Java.
2)When You're Done Drawing Everything Add Another Layer Above All Of The Layers You Used On Drawing.

 

Step 2

1)Click On Effects Menu.

 

 

Step 3

1)You Can See There Is A Noise Button There.
2)When You Hover Your Cursor At The Noise You Can See Render Monochromatic And Render Color.

 

Step 4

1)Click On Render Monochromatic Or Render Color.(You Can Choose You Own,But I Prefer Monochromatic)

 

Step 5

*This What Will Happen When You Choose Render Monochromatic

 

 

Step 6

1)Go To The Layer's Palette.
2)You Can See The "Normal" Thingy On The Layer's Palette.
3)Click On It And You Will See Some Of These:Screen,Lighten,Darken,Subtract,Dodge,Burn,Overlay,Hard Light Soft Light.
4)Click On Overlay.

*This What Will Happen If You Do It

 

Step 8

1)Go On The Layer's Palette Again
2)You Can See There The Layer's Opacity.
3)Click On It And Lower The Opacity From 20-10.
